- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ranch seasoning mix - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Sour cream - 50 grams
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C/165°F).
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing the cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl until smooth.
- Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken thighs garnished with fresh parsley and with the creamy dipping sauce on the side.
