Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 500 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ranch seasoning mix - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C/165°F).
  6. While the chicken is baking, prepare the dipping sauce by mixing the cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl until smooth.
  7. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the chicken thighs garnished with fresh parsley and with the creamy dipping sauce on the side.
