- brown sugar - 50g
- milk - 150ml
- vegetable oil - 30ml
- egg - 1 large
- raisin bran cereal - 100g
- raisins - 50g
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the brown sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and egg until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the raisin bran cereal and raisins until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
