Ingredients

  • Rolled oats - 1 cup
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Pumpkin puree - 1/2 cup
  • Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Pumpkin spice - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Unsweetened almond milk - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped walnuts - 2 tablespoons
  • Dried cranberries - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
