  • Pumpkin spice blend - 1 tsp

  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Butter - 30g, melted
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, pumpkin spice blend, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
