Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two small cake pans (about 4-inch diameter).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla extract, and brewed coffee until smooth.
