Ingredients

  • Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Soak the pumpkin seeds in water for at least 2 hours or overnight to soften them.
  2. Drain and rinse the soaked pumpkin seeds, then place them in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add the coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
