- Coconut milk - 100 ml

- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon (chopped, for garnish)
Steps
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cubed pumpkin. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the pumpkin is tender.
- Drain the pumpkin and return it to the pot. Add the coconut milk, olive oil, minced garlic, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.
