  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Sugar - 50 grams
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Noodles (egg or wide) - 100 grams
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Butter - 30 grams, melted
  • Milk - 100 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, salt, melted butter, and milk. Mix until well blended.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pumpkin mixture and stir until the noodles are evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (approximately 20x20 cm).
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the kugel is set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
