- Sugar - 50 grams

- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Noodles (egg or wide) - 100 grams
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter - 30 grams, melted
- Milk - 100 ml
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, salt, melted butter, and milk. Mix until well blended.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pumpkin mixture and stir until the noodles are evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (approximately 20x20 cm).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the kugel is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
