  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • pumpkin puree - 120 grams
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml
  • milk - 60 ml
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • chocolate chips - 50 grams
  • walnuts (optional) - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
