- Vegetable broth - 100 ml
- Corn tortillas - 4 small
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
Steps
- Drain and rinse the canned jackfruit, then use your hands to shred the jackfruit pieces into a pulled texture.

- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded jackfruit, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the vegetable broth, cover, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the jackfruit is tender and well-seasoned.
- While the jackfruit is simmering, warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

- Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the tacos.
