  • Corn tortillas - 4 small
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Radishes - 4, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. Drain and rinse the canned jackfruit, then use your hands to shred the jackfruit pieces into a pulled texture.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
