  • Prawns - 150 grams, peeled and deveined
  • Tapioca flour - 100 grams
  • Rice flour - 50 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the prawns, tapioca flour, rice flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Gradually add water while blending until a smooth paste forms.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or a plastic bag with a small corner cut off.
  5. Pipe the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in thin, even shapes, ensuring they are not too thick.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and the crackers are firm.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before breaking them apart.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with a light dipping sauce if desired.
