- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes and grated onion. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
