- Cilantro, chopped - 30 grams
- Lime juice - 30 ml
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Onion, chopped - 1 small
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Avocado, diced - 1 small
- Radishes, thinly sliced - 4
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
