  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Cilantro, chopped - 30 grams
  • Lime juice - 30 ml
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Onion, chopped - 1 small
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Avocado, diced - 1 small
  • Radishes, thinly sliced - 4
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast to the pot and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Stir in the green salsa and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
