  • Barbecue sauce - 100 grams
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey (or agave syrup) - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 100 milliliters

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt to create a dry rub.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the plant-based ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, and water to create a marinade.
