Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 300 grams
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Butter - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Fresh thyme - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sear the pork tenderloin for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and thyme to the skillet.
  5. Baste the pork with the garlic butter sauce and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F).
  6. Remove the pork from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes.
