  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Low-sodium chicken broth - 100 ml
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, and chopped thyme.
