  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Whole wheat slider buns - 2
  • Fresh spinach - 30 grams
  • Tomato - 1 medium, sliced
  • Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

  5. Toast the slider buns lightly on a separate pan or in a toaster.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing a pork patty on each bun, topping with fresh spinach and tomato slices, and drizzling with the yogurt sauce.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy pork sliders!
