- Pork rinds - 150 grams
- Ground pork - 250 grams
- Marinara sauce - 200 ml
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the marinara sauce and cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and well combined.
- In a separate bowl, crush the pork rinds into coarse pieces.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed pork rinds on the bottom.
- Pour the pork and sauce mixture over the pork rinds, followed by the remaining crushed pork rinds.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh basil.
