  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 100g
  • Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 50g
  • Jalapeños, sliced - 30g
  • Sour cream - 100g

  • Avocado, diced - 1 medium
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  4. On a baking sheet, spread out the pork rinds evenly to form a base for the nachos.
  5. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the pork rinds.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese generously over the beef.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with sliced jalapeños, diced avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.
  9. Serve hot with salsa on the side.
