- Mustard powder - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, sea salt, black pepper, apple cider vinegar, honey, and mustard powder to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator for maximum flavor.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cover them tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours until they are tender.
- Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 220°C (425°F).
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the ribs are caramelized and slightly crispy on the edges.
