  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Ginger - 5 grams, minced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Carrots - 50 grams, julienned
  • Spinach - 50 grams
  • Soft boiled eggs - 2
  • Toasted sesame seeds - 5 grams
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
