Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
