- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce - 150 grams
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil (for garnish) - a few leaves
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
