- Canned diced tomatoes - 400 grams
- Canned kidney beans - 200 grams, drained and rinsed
- Canned black beans - 200 grams, drained and rinsed
- Chili powder - 2 tablespoons
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Water - 250 milliliters
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic, diced bell pepper, carrot, and celery; cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables soften.

- Pour in water and bring the mixture to a boil.
