- 1 ripe peach - 150 grams, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion - 40 grams, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice - 15 ml
- 1/2 jalapeño - 5 grams, seeded and minced (optional)
Steps
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
