  • 2 boneless pork chops - 250 grams each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil - 15 ml
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 5 grams
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder - 5 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • 1 ripe peach - 150 grams, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion - 40 grams, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice - 15 ml
  • 1/2 jalapeño - 5 grams, seeded and minced (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. While the pork chops are cooking, prepare the peach salsa by combining diced peach, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño in a bowl. Mix well and season with a pinch of salt.
