Ingredients
- Pork Chops - 2 pieces (200g each)
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Cranberries - 150g
- Water - 120ml
- Erythritol (or sweetener of choice) - 2 tablespoons
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Thyme (fresh) - 1 teaspoon, chopped
Steps
- Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork chops and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
