Steps
- Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks and season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and oregano.
- In a large pot, combine the pork, orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, diced onion, bay leaves, and water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours until the pork is fork-tender.
