- Ground pork - 400 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Burger buns - 2 pieces
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato, sliced - 1 medium
- Cheddar cheese, sliced - 2 slices
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, approximately 1.5 cm thick.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
- Once the patties are cooked, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt for about 1 minute.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the pork patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, and a drizzle of mustard and ketchup.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
