  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce (sugar-free) - 1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Fresh basil leaves - for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Prepare the pork belly by cutting it into small cubes and seasoning with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the pork belly until crispy and golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
