- Liquid smoke - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar-free barbecue sauce - 100 grams
- Butter - 30 grams
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 120°C (250°F).
- Cut the pork belly into 2.5 cm (1 inch) cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the kosher salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the pork belly cubes and toss to coat them evenly.
