Ingredients

  • Pork belly - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized cubes, about 2.5 cm each.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and sea salt.
  4. Add the pork belly cubes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Spread the pork belly cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
