Ingredients
- Ground pork - 500g
- Pork BBQ sauce (sugar-free) - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots) - 150g
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of the BBQ sauce. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the pork mixture into 2 equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 70°C (160°F).
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the coleslaw by mixing the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and paprika in a separate bowl. Toss until everything is well combined.
- Once the patties are cooked, brush the remaining BBQ sauce on top of each patty and let it cook for an additional minute.
- To assemble, place each pork patty in a large romaine lettuce leaf, top with a generous amount of coleslaw, and fold the lettuce around the filling to create a wrap.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your Keto Pork BBQ Burger!
