- Bell pepper (red or yellow) - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 150 grams
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Scallions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced pork, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated pork to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ginger and garlic, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the skillet, stir-frying for about 3-4 minutes until just tender.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet, add sesame oil, and toss everything together for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with scallions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
