Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin - 250 grams, diced
  • Sweet potato - 200 grams, peeled and diced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Yellow onion - 1 medium, diced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced pork tenderloin to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the pork is browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
