- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and black pepper to create a marinade.
