Ingredients

  • Pork loin - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • Green beans - 200 grams, trimmed
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced pork loin to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the trimmed green beans to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked pork to the skillet with the green beans. Stir in the gluten-free soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
  6. If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
