- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce (gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork loin to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
