Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced pork shoulder and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato paste, smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer.
