  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh rosemary - 1 teaspoon, chopped
  • Apple - 1 medium, cored and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped rosemary to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into 1-inch cubes and add it to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the pork is marinating, prepare the vegetables by cutting the apple and bell pepper into 1-inch pieces.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated pork, apple cubes, and bell pepper pieces onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between pork and vegetables.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
