  • Chickpeas - 1 cup (cooked or canned)
  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon (chopped)
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut each pita bread into 8 wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and cumin.
  4. Toss the pita wedges in the oil mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the pita wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
