- unsweetened almond milk - 1/2 cup (120ml)
- coconut oil - 2 tablespoons (30ml), melted
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- pineapple slices - 4 rings (fresh or canned)
- maple syrup - 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Pour this mixture into the bottom of a 6-inch (15 cm) round cake pan.
- Arrange the pineapple slices on top of the syrup mixture in the cake pan.
