  • Fresh pineapple - 100 grams, diced
  • Red onion - 30 grams, finely chopped
  • Cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Jalapeño - 1 small, finely chopped (optional)
  • Avocado - 1 small, sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined and form into 2 equal patties.
