  • Cottage cheese - 200 grams
  • Pineapple chunks (canned or fresh) - 150 grams
  • Unsalted butter - 30 grams, melted
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Noodle (egg or other kosher type) - 100 grams, cooked and drained
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the cottage cheese, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in the cooked noodles and pineapple chunks gently until evenly distributed.
