Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pineapple (fresh, diced) - 1/4 cup
  • Jalapeño (sliced, seeds removed) - 1/2 medium
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese (grated) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten it into a pizza shape about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and brush it with olive oil.
  6. Evenly distribute the diced pineapple and sliced jalapeños over the crust.
