- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

- Pineapple (fresh, diced) - 1/4 cup
- Jalapeño (sliced, seeds removed) - 1/2 medium
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese (grated) - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten it into a pizza shape about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and brush it with olive oil.
