Ingredients

  • Rolled oats - 1 cup
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Pine nuts - 1/4 cup
  • Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries) - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped nuts (optional) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add 1 cup of rolled oats and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender.
