- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into 2 equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to ensure even cooking.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
