Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about 0.5 cm thick.
- Cut the dough into rectangular pieces, approximately 8 cm by 10 cm, enough to wrap around each sausage.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper evenly over the dough.
- Place one turkey sausage on each piece of dough, add a sprinkle of shredded low-fat cheddar cheese on top of each sausage.
- Wrap the dough around the sausage, ensuring the ends are sealed, and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
