Ingredients

  • Dill pickles - 4 medium
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Sliced deli turkey - 100 grams
  • Sliced cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh dill (optional) - 1 teaspoon, chopped

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and fresh dill until well combined.
  2. Lay out the slices of deli turkey on a clean surface, overlapping them slightly.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over the turkey slices.
  4. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Take a dill pickle and place it at one end of the turkey and cheese slice, then carefully roll it up tightly.
  6. Repeat the process for the remaining pickles.
  7. Once all the roll-ups are prepared, slice them into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
