Ingredients

  • Gluten-free slider buns - 4 units
  • Ribeye steak, thinly sliced - 200 grams
  • Yellow onion, thinly sliced - 1 medium
  • Green bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
  • Provolone cheese, sliced - 4 slices
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until it is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  5. Reduce the heat to low, layering the provolone cheese over the steak mixture, and cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  7. Slice the gluten-free slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  8. Spoon the steak and cheese mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns, then top with the other halves.
  9. Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, until the buns are warm and slightly crispy.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.
