- Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams

- Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the sliced onions, red and green bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
