  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the sliced onions, red and green bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
