- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
- 100g provolone cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft and lightly caramelized.
- Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the sliced ribeye steak to the other side.
