Ingredients

  • 300g ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g provolone cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and bell peppers to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft and lightly caramelized.
  3. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the sliced ribeye steak to the other side.
  4. Sprinkle the steak with garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for about 3-5 minutes until it is browned and cooked to your liking.
  5. Combine the steak and vegetables in the skillet, mixing them together thoroughly.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and top the mixture with shredded provolone cheese, covering the skillet with a lid until the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat and serve in bowls, garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.
